A Corporal Glaeden Fenn from Brightfell came into camp and addressed several strangers, among them a woman named Lady Lucretzia Tor. Through the course of conversation the Brightfellers issued a choice to the Strangers; volunteer for conscription during the town's time of crisis or languish on their own. Lady Tor has been appointed to leadership for the Strangers military unit; those seeking to join should seek her out, her second Akra, or find another in her unit.
